POSITION SUMMARY 职位概述
负责所在区域线下零售市场的销售，运用竞争销售技巧和解决方案销售技能，100%完成目标区域产品的销售任务及学术推广。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
100％完成公司分配的区域销售指标，保证健康正增长.
区域KA连锁客户的维护与管理，通过项目建立与连锁管理层人员紧密联系.
协同制定门店工作计划，包含但不限于对零售药店开发, 教育计划，药店陈列、渠道管理.
积极加速产品升级和转换，增加市场覆盖率和渗透率.
开拓并建立零售市场的网络，建立长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系.
确保所有行动都符合并遵循国家和公司的政策和标准，同时保持专业标准和业绩.
完成公司或经理分配的其他工作。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES 技能和能力
本科及以上学历.
至少 3-5 年医疗行业相关工作经验.
有大连锁管理经验优先，持有药师资质优先.
以结果为导向，以客户为中心.
学习能力强，自我驱动力强.
出色的人际关系和沟通技能。
